Ross Alexander is an internationally established LGBTQ+ entertainer and recording artist. In 2013 after a career spanning over 36 years, working as a DJ, and record producer, playing, making, and releasing music for other artists, he decided to implode his life and start over again, this time making music in his own name. As a recording artist, he released his highly acclaimed debut album Glitter & Twisted in 2018. Five official singles were lifted from this album, all scoring top ten positions in the Eurodance charts.
Ross’s passion and musical talent, along with his energised, flamboyant persona, has seen him perform for exultant crowds at festivals and events around the UK and Europe. Tour dates have included Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Fife, Glasgow, Dumfries, Carlisle, Lancaster, Morecambe, Blackpool, Manchester, Derby, Weston Super Mare, London, Colchester, Brighton., Kassel – Germany, Maspalomas – Gran Canaria.
September 2018, the world was introduced to Ross Alexander after his infamous audition on the X Factor. When the episode aired it had been brutally re-edited and Ross hit the headlines for his retort to Robbie Williams wife and fellow judge Ayda Williams. Youtube and Facebook views of his official videos and X Factor escapade have amounted to over 4 million hits to date.
2019 Ross returned to the studio to record his follow up album DiscoDrama. Five singles including "I Love My Radio" were released from the album. Which has subsequently been Ross's biggest single to date with over 100,000 views on YouTube. Australian radio station Joy rotated it as record of the week. DiscoDrama was released in June 2020 and received rave reviews and international sales exceeding his first album.
The Long Journey Home his 3rd studio album has been successfully completed. This is scheduled for release March 2023. Two stunning singles taken from the album "(Feels Like) Heaven" and "Life In A Northern Town" have been released and championed on Gaydio Radio. Both hitting NO.1 in the Eurodance charts.
November 2022 saw Ross fly out to Winter Pride, Gran Canaria to DJ on the main stage 3 nights and Pride parade bus. He also performed live as a warm up to Cascada.
February 2023 sees Ross return to Australia to perform his own show as support act at Mary Kiani’s ”Donna Summer Show” at The Imperial Hotel, Sydney. More news soon...
